Hi Guys,
I know I keep saying it but I really wish I would post here more often.
I have had a really good good month fitness wise!
I had another swimming competition & did pretty well, i've definitely improved a lot since the last one! I only have 2 more sessions left until we break for summer so I'm a little sad about that!
Its been very difficult running in this heat! But i managed a 4 mile last weekend and a 20 minute run yesterday.
I'm currently housesitting at my aunties and she has a treadmill on the garage so I will be on there soon! I have 4 weeks until i'm going to be sat by a pool in my bikinis so I need to make sure this stomach is kept in shape!
And very soon I should be starting to get some coaching/ teaching qualifications! I am so excited about that as it kind of feels like i'll be starting to put my degree to some good work!
Oh and one more thing, I started doing Yoga this week, I can only do it for a couple of weeks though as I have swimming on Thursdays when it starts back again :) I actually really liked the Yoga group but oh well, I definitely love my swimming!
Right i'm off to get on that treadmill before dinner.
