A Bit Of A Catch Up For You





Hello!


Long time no speak. 

Ok so I have had the busiest 4 months of my life! I started a new job around the time I started this blog, probably a week after actually. I continued working in my other job so I was working 7 days a week for around 2 months. I'm currently only working 6 (ok thats still a lot) but I have handed in my notice at the part time one. I really don't want to leave though so i'm a little upset about that. However, I can't do everything can I?

So A couple of weeks after starting my new job I competed in a swimming gala, I didn't really do as well as I wanted to so I decided I needed to start training more. I've now joined a new squad at my swimming club so I train 3 times a week instead of the once that I was doing. I absolutely love doing it and swimming is such a great work out! 

I haven't really been running as much I really haven't had the time. Although, now that i'm almost working only 5 days a week... like a normal person, I will have lots of time for running! 

Oh I almost forgot, I ran the Half Marathon in a PB of 1:55! I was so so pleased and I really think it was swimming that made the difference because I really had not done much running at all :/ Not good.

I also went to Kenya for 2 weeks over the Easter Holidays where I worked in 2 schools, it's an experience i'll never ever forget and I absolutely loved it! So much that i'm going back next year! :)(please excuse my shiny sun-creamed face in the picture)
